Lincoln Court and Pennsylvania



Introduction

Cardiff Council has identified Lincoln Court and Pennsylvania as a priority area for environmental improvements, with the aim of making a better environment for people to live in.

Proposals

The proposals include:

·         Upgrade of bin stores

·         Upgrade of courtyard areas (including security improvements)

·         Upgrade of flat block entrances

·         Upgrade of the main pedestrian routes throughout the estate

What’s Happening Now?

We would like to know more about the area to help plan the improvements and are inviting residents to complete a questionnaire, which will be used to influence and develop the draft designs.

 

The public consultation has now ended and we are reviewing the results.
