Trowbridge Mawr Estate Regeneration Scheme
Background
The Council carried out environmental improvements as part of a commitment to improve the condition of its housing stock, in line with the requirements of the Welsh Housing Quality Standards. The improvements to the estate included:
• Front garden parking and new boundary walls
• Gulley closures/improvements
• Improvements to courtyards of flats including the provision of bin stores
• Improved street lighting
• Improved public realm/open spaces
The scheme was completed in Spring 2017 by ERH Communication
